BIOGRAPHY<\/strong><\/p>\nChao-Chun Chen is a professor with the Institute of Manufacturing Information and Systems (IMIS), National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. His research interests include machine learning (deep learning), intelligent cloud-edge-integrated manufacturing system, data-driven analysis and development for industrial systems, industry 4.0, and databases. He has published dozens of papers in prestigious journals and conferences, including IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters (RA-L), IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC), IEEE Access Journal, IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA), Applied Soft Computing Journal, and IEEE International Conference on Automation Science and Engineering (CASE). He won the Best Application Paper Award (and the Finalist) in IEEE CASE 2017, the Best Paper Award in Automation Finalist in IEEE ICRA 2018, and certain awards in ACIIDS.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
